The property itself is great however this place lacks proper basic cleaning skills. There were hairs all over the floor tiles that weren't ours, the mop they used was dirty because it left its residue wherever it was used. Dirty rag to wipe the fridge as well. Our biggest disappointment was the pungent odor coming out of the basement where the beds and living area are. It smelled of wet dog amd kitty litter bow or some severe water damage that was not taken care of property. The property also has a live in family on the msin and upper levels.
