Nice, quiet neighborhood. Near a tube station (few blocks) and near a grocery store. No AC but a lovely view and the fresh evening air was nice with the window open.

I loved staying here so easy to get every where we wonted to go cheep basic. In fact I have booked again for nextbweek
Room for 3 was quite small, but adequate for a 2 night stay with friends, and reflected in price. We looked out onto green space in quiet area, no noise of traffic or people at night.
Receptionist v friendly and welcoming, and thankfully he and cleaner reunited me with 2 outfits I left behind when we called back for our luggage later on checkout day!
Really convenient to Earls Court station and as women, we felt safe in the area. Would use hotel again.
Wanted a budget option for a weekend stay (2 nights) and choose this hotel based of the location and the price offered over Expedia which is excellent, 6 min walk to earls court tube station and the bus stop is quite opposite to the station too, the area is quiet and feels safe, it's literally facing a garden in the middle of the street hence the name of hotel (Garden view). Overall loved it had no complaints unless you have an issue with tight space because it's an old building with narrow corridor and rooms

Cheap london stay
Basic room but very tidy, great for the price paid, was an issue with the toilet seat but was fixed for us returning to our room
This hotel, located 3 blocks from a metro, a short walk from kennsington palace, the natural history museum, and the V&A museum is great. Across the street is a park that encompasess a full city block. I was lucky enough to have a room overlooking it. Right in the city there were foxes living in the park. Help was extremely helpful and pleasant. Will use this hotel again for sure
If u want a decent, clean, close to the city centre for a cheap price.. I stay with garden view.. Don't expect a 5 star accommodation.. It's basic but it's comfortable
Nice size room with comfortable beds. Booked a room for 2 guests and we were given a double and single bed which was a pleasant surprise. Kettle and hairdryer provided too. As well as a fan in the wardrobe was thoughtful
The hotel was lovely nice and clean we had a balcony view looking over into a beautiful garden .service was very friendly. Unndeeground was near so we had easy access to get to where we wanted to go overall 10/10
My room was perfectly adequate for my overnight stay with a very good bed. The room, including en suite, was clean and comfortable if basic. The staff at reception were ultra-friendly and the price was very good for the location. The only downside was my struggle to open the windows which, even when incredibly hot, I found necessary due to the very noisy road close by. On the whole, a good relaxing stay - I especially appreciated that you didn't need to check out until 11am.
I send an email long ago and still no response shows how unprofessional this hotel is. I don’t usually review hotel but I’m beyond disappointed with this facility . First if you are asthmatic please don’t bother to stay, this place is filthy, dusty and mold inside the bathroom. they don’t properly clean. I was left unnoticed for 1 day without water, not able to use the entire bathroom at all. I was not notified neither they bother to reach out to me, even if it’s an emergency. As a management they are responsible to let u know but I wasn’t . They don’t sweep the floors neither bother to get the room properly clean. Death flies all over and things falling apart . Even their fans are filthy. And whoever the English lady at the reception please don’t lie to customers with unknown names of management and be a bit more respectful to clients by admitting consequences during your shift. Just a bad experience which I would never recommend to anyone

I liked how close it was to the train station and the restaurants. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. Some things I didn’t like was the bathroom and the fact that there was no breakfast. The property seemed very old and dingy. It was very small, the lift and bathrooms were very congested. Other than these things, we had a great experience at Garden View Hotel!
