So please be mindful that when they say small rooms-they mean SMALL! Like Dobbys closet small. Also, be aware there is no lift/elevator and finding your room is like a labyrinth! Good luck! Your room will be between the 1st and 3rd floor-but NOT on the 2nd-and behind the stairs. Take only the clothes on your back!! With all that being said...it was clean! Good location. Staff was cool-not overly friendly but nice enough. There is no sign to refuse housekeeping, but they will show up! 2 of my friends wouldn't stay again-Im on the fence so we shall see! Also be aware if your room is off the street-you will hear everyone leaving the bars between 10pm and 4am

This hotel could be better than average if they did just a few small improvements. They need to either get new mattresses or turn the ones they have. Mine clearly sagged to one side. People do need to sleep. Also, please provide more than a single trash can so we can keep the room tidy. A full length mirror would be nice. Otherwise, the place was quiet, clean and superbly located. The breakfast was fairly good. The desk staff demeanor varied. And please invest in some “do not disturb “ signs!

Pleasant Central London Hotel
Single room and travelling for business. Was warned that bed was small by hotel when I booked, but found it really comfortable. Breakfast was good value and tasted good, all staff were eager to help. Room was clean, shower was a bit hit and miss with water power but I managed ok.

Lumpy, bumpy and dopey.
The reception area is fine, the staff are friendly. The rooms are hot and small. I have a room where the window didn't shut properly. Not only was it noisy, but I had the smell of weed coming through the window for a large part of the night (just what a pregnant person needs). Moreover, the mattress felt like it was replicating the Pennines and was impossible to sleep on. I have tried other hotels in the same area and they are all better than this. I chose not to partake of the breakfast and left early so I could get something nutritious elsewhere. I would not return and was grateful I was there for one night.

Once was enough
I stayed in a junior double room. It was likely the smallest room I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The bed was very tight. Heat was rationed during the morning and evening. The bathroom was poorly designed with minimal space for toiletries. The water pressure was too low. The sink, which was half way into the shower, was so small and narrow I ended up soaked shaving, brushing my teeth or washing my face. No wash cloths provided, no hand towels, no tissues, no extras. There is no elevator. I am 74 and had to lug a 50 pound suitcase up 4 flights of steps. Only one suitcase can be opened at a time space wise. The bed was small, but fairly comfortable. The staff varied from just ok to somewhat pleasant. No safe in the room. Tea maker, no coffee maker. Breakfast was decent, but the room very crowded. It was convenient to Euston Station (the reason I booked it). It was noisy due to old windows.

Good location
Hotel was in a good location . Walking distance to the Eurostar train station . There are underground options near by . The hotel was stairs only so the third floor was a hike . The room size was OK . There was breakfast which was good . The person at the front desk lent us his umbrella ,which was nice of him.
