Overall great value. Our room was small but clean, nice to have bath rather than just a shower but space in the bathroom was an issue.

Lovely hotel, happy to have requested a high floor room. The room had everything I needed. It was in a corner and quiet except for the occasional street noise below. There was a nice hallway in the room that gave you some space away from the door and your bed. Items were replaced daily. Breakfast was available in the morning in their restaurant. The refrigerator came in handy for keeping snacks and leftovers. The staff were excellent. I would return and request the same cosy room again.

The pictures show a lovely property, however the rooms themselves are very small. Upon arrival to room the bathroom had not been cleaned with rubbish on the floor and bath dirty. The windows are screwed shut painted badly paint with paint on the curtain and cracked glass. Air con only sent out hot aire and the entire floor creaked. Finally the door handle to the bathroom was coming off. Really disappointing and others were complaining as we left

Booked a small room and small it was. The bed was tightly squeezed in along the full length of the front wall). It was very comfortable though. Sadly, the shower was quite tricky to get a decent shower from - I finally got it working properly at the end of my shower. Great location.

I WAS A SINGLE HANDICAPPED TRAVELLER; I STAYED FIVE NIGHTS; THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE GUARD RAILS AT THE FRONT DOOR;THE PUBLIC ROOMS ARE DARK AND GLOOMY; THESTAFF WAS GENERALLY FRIENDLY;THE ADVANTAGES ARE THE OPTIONALSUMPTUOUS BREAKFAST AND THE LOCATION W . THERE IS WALKING DISTANCE TO UNDERGROUND AT BAYSWATER AND THENCE TO PADDINGTON WHERE YOU GET THE EX[RESS TRAIN TO HEATHROW THERE IS ONLY ONE FINE RESTAURANT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. BECAUSE OF A MIXUP WITH EXPEDIA AND GTHE AIRLINES, I WAS O ABLIGED TO STAY AN EXTRA NIGHT. AFTER STAYING LONGER THAN ANY GUEST, KI WAS OBLIGED TO PAY A LOT OF EXTRA MONEY FOR A SINGLE EXTRA NIGHT I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

This was rte second time I have stayed here, 2020 and now. The staff and good. The atmosphere is elegant. The breakfast is very good. Close to Hyde Park and u dergoround stations. I hope to stay here again.
