Located in the lower-ground level, my home is a two-bedroom townhouse with a homely and modern living area.
In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that pulls out to a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV—everything you'll need to relax and entertain yourself after a long day.
The kitchen is simple and fully equipped. It has a little dining area and all the mod cons you'll need to whip up a delicious meal.
You'll find that both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, each with hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort.
If necessary, we can also set up a sofa bed in the living room for you; just let us know ahead of time.
The bathroom has all the essentials including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
The townhouse is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The home is conveniently located by plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes. If you prefer a home cooked meal, stop by Waitrose for some groceries, or the small general shop at the end of the cul de sac.
Attractions in the area include, Little Venice with charming walks along the canal lined with restaurants, Hyde park within a 5-7 min walk, Kensington Palace and Gardens and Bayswater Road which are all worth a visit.
The closest mainline station is Paddington (5 mins), Lancaster Gate Tube (8 mins), Bayswater Tube (10 mins), Queensway Tube (13 mins)
Ubers, buses and taxis are readily available in London.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
