Wifi is really bad even internet signal is very weak No Room has chairs to sit until I asked then I was given a basement room ( nice sitting sofa but in basement) wifi is not working or internet lots or time

Queen room
I only stayed for an overnight stay. The reception staff were rally lovely and very professional. I had a Queen room, with a lovely shower. The bed was really comfortable. There was a free breakfast that should have been ready for 6.30am opening however they were short staffed. They had managed to get near enough something of everything out, just a bit short on fruit. Coffee was not the beat however it was drinkable. There is free Wi-Fi. Check out was simple too.

Great place to stay
Great hotel in a great location. Had a full English breakfast buffet and very helpful staff. Only a 10 minute walk to the underground with plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants along the way.

Served without doubt the worst burger I've ever eaten. I ordered a beef burger but the receipt said it was a vegan faux burger. I pointed that out before the order went to the kitchen, but they insisted it would be beef and then, when it arrived and had the consistency of foam rubber and the taste of rotting mug beans, they insisted it was beef.

I booked a 7 night stay for parents who are 76 & 86. They told me that the bathroom flooded one morning but they had to wait 2 hours for the maintenance guys to start their shift before getting help. No one even tried to assist them earlier. My parents literally had to clean up the flood by themselves. Then there was the issue of the toilet getting clogged up almost everyday. Food wise, a poor selection for breakfast and very limited options for snacks in between. Luckily, there was a small market a few doors down and a local sainsburys not too far away. It was sad to hear my parents complaints because my husband and I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Warsaw in august and it was a wonderful experience - clean, great food, excellent facilities. There is clearly an inconsistency in caliber.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, nice room furnishings, good breakfast, professional staff. The only reason for the lower rating is the noise isolation seems rather poor. I sadly couldn't get any sleep from 7am onwards due to the amount of noise from quite a few children running around, playing and shouting, in spite of using ear plugs. Thankfully staying for just one night, would have been difficult to stay here in the same conditions for a longer stay.
