It was a very accessible location with the Hammersmith train station about 4 min walk from the hotel. The aesthetic of the hotel was nice and everything was clean from as far as I could tell. The staff were very helpful and kind and attentive. There are a lot of eating options, shopping options, and other necessities like pharmacy, ATMs, etc. The only thing is that the room felt small--they were very space efficient so that made it feel smaller than the average hotel room. And the mattress could have been thicker and more plush. Sleeping on it felt a little uncomfortable, but were were only there 4 nights so it was okay to bear.

It’s in a good area the room we had was super small and the bathroom was broken out into 3 parts with sliding doors. We only stayed 4 night and that was enough the place is clean and the staff friendly.

The neighborhood is well connected. The staff is friendly but the room had too many issues. The A/C was too noisy and not properly working, the sofa bed was terrible. The room design is really bad if you are sharing with friends.

Service from all staff we encountered was great - they were friendly and helpful, even when I appeared at 0230 asking for another pillow and duvet. We'd booked a family room and there wasn't enough bedding on arrival. The water pressure was also pretty poor both in the sink and the shower. I'd have to suggest that the room directly underneath the entrance lobby (B07) is best used as a staff rest space rather than a paying client's room - it's very noisy all day (and most of the night) with people walking overhead, moving chairs etc, and it's pretty dark as the walkway to reception blocks most of the light. Quiet location, very close to the shopping centre, a nice pub and good coffee options, as well as 4 tube lines. I imagine if we'd been on the ground-floor or above, it would've been a great stay.

Fantastic short stay hotel & really friendly staff
A great stay for the few days we were in London. The hotel is situated close to the Hammersmith tube station and close to many shops and a few restaurants/Bars. The hotel was clean and had the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was well equipped with a shower, toilet and sink as well as a fridge which is something we don’t always see during our stays. The price was also very good for the 2 nights we stayed and will probably use the same hotel for future stays.

Our stay at Hammersmith.
Very centrally located hotel close to the railway station, high street and venue we were visiting. The lift was out of action on our stay and we were on the 3rd floor but it didn't cause too much inconvenience. All staff were courteous and helpful.

Good location
The location was good, only a 5 minute walk to the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful. No availability of twin beds in a room, and the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. We stayed 4 nights and the lift was broken the entire time. Washing machine available for use, but no drier, staff seemed unaware there was a laundromat nearby, and offered us a laundry service brochure.

Great stay in Hammersmith. A few minutes away from the tube with lots of food options nearby. Comfy bed and nice room but strange layout. Toilet in what seems like a cupboard, open sink / kind of kitchen area, then shower in another cupboard.
