My friend and I booked this hotel last minute as we were in an appalling Airbnb situation and had to leave our booking 12 days early. This hotel was such a relief! Beginning with the welcome from the team, through to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, we felt at home. One thing to be mindful of is that some rooms are below ground level and even though they are light and airy, there is no outside view. It didn't bother us, but might not appeal to everyone. The hotel is located close to Hammersmith railway station, and all our favourite pubs and restaurants, so we'll definitely be back.

I like the location to tube stops and restaurants. I did not care for the bathroom shower/toilet/sink separation. I did not care for the automatic illumination when using shower/toilet doors, I'd prefer to be able to enter then close door and turn on lights as to not disturb other room guests mid sleep
