I booked this hotel for a 15 night-say recently. I can say it is very affordable as I only GBP35 per night (booking online) so this is the main reason I chose it, cost and location. Also, it looked reasonably well in the hotels.com app photos. However, I have now some mixed reviews with the aim to inform future guests and to suggest some improvement to the management of the hotel. First impression: I booked a hotel with breakfast included, however upon check in I was told that the kitchen was closed, no solution provided at all. I asked them then why they sell rates inclusive of breakfast if they know that the kitchen is closed. I was told they didn’t why hotels.com sell these types of offer. I suggested to make a correction with hotels.com so that does not happen in the future to other guests. After the 8th night stay, they opened the kitchen and I was able to get breakfast for the remaining of my stay. I stay in room 138, twin. The room is spacious enough and good window view. However, it had a strong mould smell that wouldn’t go even if I left the windows open all day. I had to buy some incense to aromatise. When I reported it to the reception, I was offered another room in another building, which I went to inspect, to find that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned so I just declined it. Room 138: The toilet has many black marks that make the toilet looks as if it was dirty, (even though it wasn’t) I think the hotel should invest and buy a new toilet for that room as it does
