Friendly staff, fun area, comfortable bed. My husband and I had to make last minute reservations for one night and this turned out to be a good find. Small room, like many in the UK and Europe, but very comfortable.

Liked the friendly staff, cleanliness and breakfast. The room and the shower were small. The TV had only 5 channels. Overall is a good place to stay and is near to a tube station, general store, pharmacy and many places to eat. I would stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

The hotel was a lovely, clean property. The room was spacious and comfortable with decent blinds and curtains, and comfortable beds. It felt like everything was well looked after or new. My only downsides were that our television wouldn't pick up any channels and there was only one plug socket which was not by the bed. Wifi, however, was excellent. I would certainly stay here again.

Excellent place for London sightseers to stay. Not a lavish, luxury hotel, but neat, clean, and convenient to Earl's Court tube station.

Excellent location (about 2 minutes from Earls Court Underground station). Lovely friendly staff. Clean but small room. Comfortable bed. Very Slightly disappointing breakfast especially when getting up later. Overall Excellent.

Reasonably priced for London. Very clean. Included continental breakfast. Close to tube and rail to heathrow airport. Room small, shower had very poor water pressure. Barely enough to wash the soap and shampoo off. Overall would recommend.
