The hotel itself was exactly what you would expect for a Hilton brand hotel next to a major airport. Hotel was busy with people coming and going all the time as you would expect. But as a regular traveller for work, what stood out was the staff. This was a personal trip with my family so had 2 excited and tired children with us. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic and fully engaged with them while we sorted the usual paperwork items. Every other member of staff we interacted with also seemed engaged and happy to help. Many thanks.

The hotel is fine. However, we strongly recommend that Hilton Hotels provide clarification as to the exact name/location since there is a Hilton Garden Inn adjoined with Terminal 2 and another Hilton Garden Inn a shortdrive away. This resulted in us trying to check into the wrong hotel and spending more money to reach the correct one, notwithstanding the extra stress this incurred.
