Hotel nice but evening service was poor. Bar staff dancing and messing around which was distracting whilst I was trying to do some work and when asked for a Guinness they had not had time top up the fridge poor. Food ok but no knive and forks and when I asked where they were the waitress there is not out so I asked how do I eat my food her response was I shall have to back in the kitchen and see if we have any that are clean

Amazing Hotel.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We were greeted on arrival and we also were explained about how to shower the payment for parking out and given a code to make the charge half price. All the staff members we came across were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The customer service was exceptional. The hotel is clean, tidy with the rooms very spacious and the bed is so comfortable, has a fantastic sleep. The breakfast was delicious. There’s plenty to choose from all of which are high quality items. Thank you for an AMAZING stay!!

Toilet leaked all over the floor, empty wine bottle under the desk so clearly not cleaned well, tv could only get BBC1 and BBC2, all other channels say no signal. Mentioned it on checked out and just got a ‘sorry’

Good service shame about the place

Window didn’t shut properly and last night could the street racers doing 360 in Sainsburys car park. Best part of the stay was service from the lady who booked me in.

Hotel stay was fine the only negative thing was the man on the reception desk had a bad body odour smell which was very off putting when I checked in

Thousands of cigarette butts litter around hotel entrance. Staff is lovely, friendly and helpful - but they’re understaffed and waiting time at bar and reception too long. Wifi so slow they should rather just not bother.

A pleasant stay

Ok.a bit tired but bed and pillows clean and comfy. Just a couple of points Office chair in room had white stains all over back rest. The one lift is frustratingly slow. Breakfast was great, parking very reasonable at £7 for 24hrs and just round the corner from bus stop.
