I arrived on Christmas Day and the staff were warm and friendly. The location offered a nice variety of food for breakfast. I would return again.

Great hotel for Airport location.
Clean modern hotel that you can walk to from Terminal 4 at Heathrow in London. Room was large and modern. Breakfast was good and free. You can get to other terminals via tube and shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes. Costs about 10 US dollars. Just needed it for an early flight but it was great.

Convenient, clean and friendly
Lovely place, perfectly located for travellers from Heathrow airport. Nice, experienced and efficient front desk staff. The rooms are rather small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, and didn’t have much to offer for vegans. I asked for a late checkout and didn’t have to pay extra. I highly recommend this hotel!

Best Holiday Inn ever
Sometimes Holiday Inn Express gives off a less expensive vibe, this place was amazing. New, clean. Comfort , it felt luxurious, c chargers everywhere. Best Holiday Inn I have stayed in.

Das Hotel liegt sehr praktisch am Flughafen. Zu Fuß ist man im Terminal und kann von dort direkt mit der Bahn in die Stadt. Die Zimmer sind klein und die Frühstücksauswahl auch reduziert, aber für einen Städtetrip reicht beides völlig. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Safe.

Nice and clean. Room was rather small. Wifi fast. Onsite restaurant with limited options. Since it is on the airport, not much to dobwithin walking diatance but was convenient for a short stay between flights.

There’s not a whole lot around the property but we just stayed there because of the proximity to Heathrow. The hotel itself was immaculately maintained and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The city center is an hour away by metro so it’s still accessible but if I was a tourist visiting I would look for something in the South Bank or Covent Garden but that’s not a knock on this hotel. The staff were professional and helpful as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
