I arrived on Christmas Day and the staff were warm and friendly. The location offered a nice variety of food for breakfast. I would return again.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff there were very nice and helpful. The other staff were okay. The room was small and had no place to put all our luggage. We had to call housekeeping for a washcloth and had to pay for an adaptor. Other necessities were provided.

The hotel is fine. There is an overhead walkway linking to Terminal 4. This walkway which leads to several hotels is poorly labelled in the terminal and difficult to find. If you use google maps it will give a route outside around the parking garage where there are no sidewalks and lots of traffic.

Have stayed here several times. Hotel is starting to show its age. Carpets need a good cleaning. Staff is wonderful! Bed very comfortable.

It takes about 45 minutes to get from terminal 5 to hotel. Rooms are dirty, towel holders broken, bathroom is dirty. White stains on some small red pillows. Disgusting. Regret booking this hotel.
