The breakfast was excellent. The staff there were very nice and helpful. The other staff were okay. The room was small and had no place to put all our luggage. We had to call housekeeping for a washcloth and had to pay for an adaptor. Other necessities were provided.

Booked due to convenience to Heathrow. Staff very attentive. Suggest a single queue for checking in. Had 3 staff members checking in people, but clueless guests who came in after other guests who were waiting their turn were allowed to check in first. They should not have been allowed to do that. made the rest of us annoyed.

My bathroom door was so heavy I had trouble opening it. There are very limited dining options, and nothing at all nearby. Breakfast was okay. It is very convenient to the airport, with access available to all terminals, although you need to take trains to get to other than terminal 4, so plan enough time.

The staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. We appreciated being able to drop off our luggage ahead of check in. We enjoyed the main restaurant, good food and service. The carpet and upholstery needs cleaning. Otherwise the room worked well for us.
