Convenient location and good value. Room though felt small for two people and bathroom also. Bed and pillows felt dated. A busy hotel so finding seating at breakfast was a challenge.

Ideally located for the Stratford Abba Arena, Olympic Park and close to Westfield and tube stops. Great value hotel. Triple rooms available in double sofa bed arrangement. Some sofa beds a bit lumpy but for one night, it's doable. We arrived having booked a couple of advertised twin rooms too but they were doubles - the receptionist immediately rang housekeeping who sorted the sofa beds so they could accommodate separate sleepers. Great service. Breakfast included and good selection. Overall great value for what we needed.

Weekend stay
The hotels staff were always so attentive and pleasant. The food choice in the evening was also good and they were very accommodating. The bathroom had a couple of negatives; drip below the sink and unavoidable water logging of the floor whilst showering but the room itself was pleasant and clean.

Limited space in the breakfast buffet area made it difficult to select items due to pressure from other guests pushing and shoving. The food items on the menu were well cooked and enjoyable to taste. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Holiday Inn

Nice rooms , breakfast good and location is a 10 min walk to the underground. Plenty of shopping options around and ideal base for Abba Voyage literally less than 10 mins away

Great overnight location for ABBA Voyage.
Great location for the Abba Voyage experience. Staff were very professional and welcoming and our room was ready even though we arrived early. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a soft bed and a decent shower. All in all a really good overnight trip. We'd definitely stay again.
