Fantastic hotel with all facilities you could want in room. Tea making, iron, hairdryer, safe. Superb breakfast and good evening meals which we enjoyed after watching ABBA Voyage. We had an uber to show, easy to walk but felt safer and under £6.00

Nice hotel

It was a nice place to stay but for breakbast they didn't have fried eggs and it needed salt. Other than that it was nice to be able to check in 30 min earlier

Good value, Great Breakfast, Limited Storage Space

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Stratford Station (Google maps took us via a back street route - best to exit via the Town Centre exit signs and follow the route past the bus stands and along the main road to the hotel). The room was clean and well presented but the minimalist design had, in our opinion, gone too far, in that there was only two small shelves and a short rail with 6 hangers to keep clothes. There were no drawers in the room. Not ideal for our 3 night stay, but we managed. Breakfast was nice and of good quality. The automated pancake machine was in full swing on our visit and was a popular feature. All the staff we met, inc housekeeping, breakfast and reception were friendly and hardworking. We would definitely stay again.

Staff are lovely and helpful, they’re very lenient and willing to help you out a lot. The stay overall was great, place was clean and just felt like home. The one downside, which really took away the final star is the fact that the smoke detector in the room flashes a yellow light every 10 seconds or so, and as you can imagine trying to sleep with a large flash of light is not the best. The TV should also be able to have the option for us to connect to our devices or atleast add Netflix or other streaming platforms so we can actually make use of it

Great location for Westfield Stratford and best nights sleep the whole family have had on a night away, staff super friendly and birthday balloons and treat for our daughter on arrival to celebrate her 12th Birthday will definitely go back thank you Holiday Inn Express Stratford great service and super breakfast x

Really nice room. However, plug point only provided on one side of bed. Was a pain having to charge my phone on other side of room. Corridors were very cold. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

Holiday Inn Express is strategically located at the high street of Stratford, just a walking distance to the train station and Westfield. Always a value for money to stay in every time we go to London with rates include breakfast already. Staff are accommodating, friendly and responsive. Food is also brilliant!
