The hotel was nice, clean, quiet and undated the rooms were spacious compared to any other hotel’s in London. The staff at reception when we arrived was very nice and friendly and he let us check in a little earlier.

Really expensive for the type of room we had. A tiny window in the room overlooking a concrete box. No natural light. We didn’t have breakfast as we thought it was too expensive. Team members were friendly. Location was great.

Won’t stay again -
There was considerable noise due to construction works being carried out on the property. The front of house staff refused to offer a solution other than saying it was my responsibility as there was a notice online. They were combative and unapologetic.

A great stay!
I have stayed at this hotel more than five times before and I always come back. It’s nice and quiet even though it is situated right in the middle of the Camden buzz and by the Lock. There’s a lot of things to experience nearby and it’s easy to get to other parts of the city. All the staff is very friendly and helpful and really do what they can to make you feel right at home. Which we always do! The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. They’re even better than my own bed. We had another great stay and will definitely come back again!

Hotel is clean, a little bit dated but location for exploring Camden Town was perfect. Checking in and out was super quick, didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment.
