The staff are friendly but i have two issues all the rooms are noisy the mattresses not comfortable i had back pain I thought to change the hotel because of that I didn’t even get any mention about vip access and when i ask about it no one knows about it If not noisy and the beds are good i will stay next time

This hotel is amazing! The staff is thoughtful and friendly and the rooms are gorgeous. We were there during Christmas and the hotel surprised us with gifts for the children. Highly recommend!

Very nice area of London without a question but rooms are extra small the layout of the hotel is odd with a mezzanine floor between the 1st and 2nd floors and steps almost everywhere. Most of the staff is rude and incompetent. Overall, would not recommend.
