Great location but it ends there...
Great location but the room felt like a prison cell...grey walls, tiny with some form of strange plastic/rubber bases and rock hard mattresses where you can feel the springs. Top of 4th floor with no lifts - which is fine for me but not if you had suitcases

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to St Pancras International. The beds were comfortable although the rooms were relatively small. No lift so tricky with heavy luggage although some assistance was offered. Would stay again en route to Eurostar.

Check-in was a breeze. I loved my room and took the best shower of my trip. I slept like a baby and check-out was super easy. They even held my luggage for me while I did some last minute souvenir shopping, which was really nice. I loved that this hotel was so close to King's Cross/St. Pancras. I didn't have to stress about getting to Heathrow. I would absolutely stay here again!

Junkies keeping me awake
Dreadful this time. It's 3.30 am and I am being kept awake by the junkies in the street. I complained to the guy on reception, but he did nothing. I opened the front door and asked the junkies to be quiet as I am trying to get to sleep. They apologised, but are still outside in the street. I am so tired and have a day's work to start in a few hours.

Really convenient location as we were catching Eurostar the next morning Lovely clean room and bathroom The only downside is the noise from the street but it’s not too bad unless you need to have the window open
