The property was fine. The room was ok. They did not have a luggage storage facility which caused a large problem for us. I have never had a hotel refuse to store luggage. We were prepared to pay for it and were going to return to the hotel for a further 4 nights on our return from Dublin. We will not be returning to Ibis again.

I have stayed here before because it's a quick trip from the Heathrow Bus Terminal on the 111 or 105, very clean and in a busy neighborhood. The price is good value.

Requested an early check in but wast possible, disappointed but understandable. Bar was disappointing as asked for baby Guinness .. not possible as no tia Maria no draft beer limited selection. Overall very good staff friendly. Ev charger would be an advantage for future. Comfy beds. Parking charge very reasonable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The big down side is that the hotel advertises 24 hour food and bar. There was no food during the evening and the bar closed at 11pm. This isnt the fault of the staff, who were embarased at the situation.
