The property was fine. The room was ok. They did not have a luggage storage facility which caused a large problem for us. I have never had a hotel refuse to store luggage. We were prepared to pay for it and were going to return to the hotel for a further 4 nights on our return from Dublin. We will not be returning to Ibis again.

Amen you book through Expedia the process is simple but fraudulent. They'll show you the price minimal then add cancelations, dining, breakfast etc etc so basically, you'll be getting the regular price for the same hotel room, flight, car rental.

We ordered food and they were gracious enough to bring it to the room. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Rooms are very small but who cares we were there for one night! I wasn’t sure if the carpet was gray or had stains. They had phones in the room not a hair dryer.

It was really a good comfortable hotel. Staff was good and helpful. Only thing I did not like that I did not get replies of my queries through Expedia Chat. Rest was good.

The photos of the room were not that of what we walked into. The room was very basic and in need of some tlc, walls were paper thin and noise levels from the floor could be heard, the bathroom did not have hand towels, and it just did not feel comfortable to sleep in. We ended up checking out early and booked another location.

A good place to spend a night if you have an early flight next day. The room lighting can use an upgrade (something warmer). The bed was comfortable and clean. The restaurant is really nice too. We decided to have the buffet breakfast there. It did not disappoint. The food quality was very good.

Staff had the best suggestions and gave easy directions for people on a tight time schedule. Easy to check in and room was clean and comfortable. Tub was a little slippery but had excellent safety handles. Water was so hot!

I’m sure that normally this is a perfectly serviceable hotel. However for my stay the room I had was located directly next to the main entrance from the reception to the first floor rooms. All night people were going through and the door had no sort of soft close mechanism so would bang loudly and kept me awake. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable enough but if you cant sleep what’s the point.
