One night stay before a holiday flight. Room and bathroom small but comfortable. Above average food but limited bar style dinner menu. Check in slow. No room in luggage room for my case. Key didnt work on my room door so had to go back to reception. Staff reasonably friendly with the odd grumpy face. Its all in the detail.

Advertised prices via QR not same as at till Same for products. Very misleading. Food disappointing for price and quantity. Naan bread was like a small wafer! Bed and pillows very poor comfort wise. Ended up with sore back. Staff, however, very friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff. I wasn’t prepared the hotel to be a cashless hotel. As I don’t have a credit card it was a bit difficult. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a conveniently located hotel close to Heathrow with many public bus options close by. The room was clean and tidy with lots of amenities. I would recommend this for a short stay close to Heathrow.
