Cheap as chips ex-student accommodation at Brunel. Decent fry up in the morning for an extra £12. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was a bit on the firm side , but I slept well. Very convenient for Heathrow.

The basic rooms are bad, very uncomfortable bed and bad nights sleep. However on raising this issue with the staff they were super accommodating and upgraded us to the next suite up which was very nice! If you are going to stay here it’s worth upgrading!

Perfect for an affordable overnight close to Heathrow. The only slight negative is that the outer hallways smelt a bit like a dirty hoover bag. Staff were brilliant, family room was nice and big and parking was free.

The property was clean on arrival.. Housekeeping isnt done every day except upon request.. The wifi poses alot of challenges with logging you out and needing to log in everytime you reenter the property.. The chairs in the bar area are old and need to be replaced.But the room itself is decent and generally clean.

Perfect stop-over for any West-London activities
Hard to find in the dark as the Hotel is within the University campus. Receptionist guided us in and explained the layout, room location and optional breakfast times. I could not fault the room or staff. 10 out of 10 from me.
