The breakfast was AMAZING! The room were hot. Could not adjust the temperature. When we ordered room service we did not get all of our order and our minor child was told to go to the bar to get the rest of our order. Was not impressed.

Nice hotel
It was a good stay we was on the 3rd floor and was woken by the street cleaner and also once in tbe night by someone knocking on there door The breakfast was nice Bathroom room was a little outdated and could use an upgrade Tv was amazing to be able to put Netflix on we have stayed in some 5 star hotels that you cant do that in Pool area was nice never seem an aromatherapy room before hot tub was a warm tub Would definitely choose to stay again

We showed up early and paid for an ewrly check-in. The guy at the check-in desk was very polite, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It's in a great location as well. The pool and spa area is very nice. I would absolutely stay there again.

Lovely hotel, spa ruined by kids
Weekend away for my birthday with my girlfriend. Hotel is excellent location with just a short 2 min walk from Tower Hill Underground Station. Hotel is a bit difficult to understand as our room was on floor 4 so we got in the lift for level 4 but couldnt find our room. There is actually another set of lifts for certain rooms and ours was accessible via these second lifts. The room was ok and comfortable in size with a mini bar, double bed, nice shower bath etc. We went to the spa so had to access one set of lifts to get to the reception then another set to get to the spa. We had to give our room card as a deposit???? Why??? Ladies get a key, men use an access code for lockers??? Again, why different. The spa was 110% ruined by kids. You desperately need to ban kids from the spa. Our experience of it was ruined by kids bombing in the pool, running around and being a general nuisance. The poolside is extremely dangerous with a very high chance of slipping over. You also have no lifeguards on duty anywhere. The pool is unsupervised and this needs addressing urgently. The kids made it so unpleasant and lazy parents dont keep an eye on them. There were other people in the spa getting annoyed with kids causing havoc. The hotel was nice otherwise and comfortable, just sort the spa out to make it adults only.

The hotel is very clean and the room (two queen beds) was decent sized. The staff is very attentive. A nice, quiet location and we had a nice view of Tower Bridge.
