Beautifully presented hotel with superb staff! Friendly and efficient. The only negatives were - TV feed cut out each evening and I had to call reception to have a staff member come and reboot the system. They did this efficiently but it was annoying that it kept happening. Cupboard door to mini fridge was jammed closed and difficult to open. Needs a carpenter to refit it. Bathroom room kept swinging open with an annoying creaking noise. Minor quibbles which are easily resolved. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend the hotel.

Normally, I stay in chain hotels but I wanted something near Borough Market and I'm so happy I found this place. My room was ample and very clean with amenities. Excellent service and very homey and cozy, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for our needs. Convenient for Borough Market, Thames walk, Shard, station etc. Hotel has a nice feel. The reception and concierge staff were friendly, professional and polite. Breakfast and coffee very good. Would stay again if in the area. Would recommend.

Compact and bijou room

Very convenient hotel close to London Bridge tube station. Room quite small and bathroom even small. Room was spotless and had all essential items. We were kept awake the first night by roadworks just outside the hotel which were out of the control of the hotel. The hotel was very apologetic and assured us there would not be roadworks for next two nights or they would have moved us. A fruit bowl and little box of sweets were sent to room as an apology. Overall lovely hotel.

Great location

Stayed one night before flying out to Greece. Hotel location is so handy for getting around London. Second time we've used this hotel and will definitely be back.

Great for Globe

Purpose of visit was to go to Globe Theatre production but also took in Old Vic. Therefore great location for both. Near the river for walking and picking up Bankside boat trips. Great service especially being able to leave our case for the day at the hotel after checking out and collecting at the end of the day.

Outstanding staff, especially the front desk and conceriege. The location is right at the Tube and the train station.

Et behagelig hotell litt utenfor sentrum

Dette er et behagelig og godt hotell som ligger litt utenfor sentrum (rett over London Bridge pÄ sÞrsiden). Dette er imidlertid ikke et problem, da det er bare to minutter Ä gÄ til nÊrmeste Tube-stopp. Hotellet er relativt nyoppusset, og rommene er freshe go stilrene. Eneste jeg har Ä trekke pÄ hotellet er at servicen er litt for stiv (men god), og rommene er ganske smÄ.

Great location right next to the tube

Did not use any of the hotel facilities, but the room was clean and comfortable. Would book here again because the price was right and the location was ideal for strolling along the Thames and hoping on the Tube.

Ideal location for London transport

A well maintained ,modern hotel.Rooms are not huge but very comfortable .It is across from London Bridge railway station and you can use the same exit for the tube.We were two mums with teenage daughters and felt comfortable returning late at night as the hotel was so close to the station.
