This is the 4th time we have stayed. The hotel has gotten better each time we have stayed. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We love the area, easy access to the underground and lots of places to eat.

The staff were incredibly friendly. I had made a specific room request and they were able to accommodate us to make our stay extra special. The pictures were accurate and we were pleasantly surprised to find a spotless nice sized room with a comfortable bed, good heating system, and decent size shower for the snall bathroom. We loved our stay!

Small double room!!!’
We have stayed here many times before and always found our stays to be excellent. This time we stayed in room 211. The room is described as a small double. The smallest and most uncomfortable bed ever. Not suitable for 2 adults. I will stay here again but certainly will not be staying in Room number 211. Shame it spoiled our night as neither my partner or I got any sleep. . Breakfast was excellent as usual.

We were a family of four and got the family room in B13. We had plenty of space for all of us. However, if you’re a light sleeper the noise may bother you because the room is directly underneath the lobby. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely will recommend it, it was very chic. The area was very safe and nice.
