Great hotel in a lovely part of London
We stayed with our two boys (16 and 9) and it was a lovely hotel - the room was a really good size, the balcony was a lovely extra, the beds were comfy, we had air con (which was very welcome as it was a really hot weekend), a good shower, a fridge, a safe… everything we needed. Swiss Cottage underground station is only a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed walking around Primrose Hill which is very close to the hotel. We would definitely stay again

There was a wedding on and a large group of men were drinking and very loud outside and later in the evening they were still there and a large group of men were drinking and being very noisy in the bar/lobby area. A large number of children/teens were running wild around the lobby/bar area. There was no regard for residents either eating in the restaurant or sitting in the bar. You could also hear the noise in the bedroom.Whilst I appreciate that the hotel needs revenue from events, strategies should be put in place to manage this behaviour. There was an issue with parking and my tariff didn’t include breakfast which I was not aware of, this was resolved. The staff in the hotel are excellent.

A very good hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room we booked was spacious and had two queen beds which we found quite comfortable. The fridge is stocked up daily with two bottles of mineral water as well as the usual teas, coffees and biscuits. Our only gripe with the room was the TV, the preset volume limit is so low that we could hear from literally a foot away. We reported this to reception and the maintenance man showed us how to get the volume higher. It involved a process of removing all the plugs as well as the power to a TV box then wait a few seconds and plug everything back in in a certain order and then switch on the TV while pressing 2 on the remote. This worked but unfortunately we had to carry out this procedure every single time we switched the TV on. This became quite tedious to say the least! Breakfasts offered a wide variety of food, all fresh and very tasty. Eggs are also cooked to order. We were offered a 20% discount to eat at the in house restaurant, Carluccios but the prices were exhorbitant even with the discount applied. A simple margarita pizza was just shy of £20! We asked if they could tweak the salmon dish on the menu (baked instead of grilled) and we were told it was not possible. This lead me to believe that the food is pre cooked and perhaps delivered from a central location and simply warmed up before serving. At those prices??? No!!! All in all, I would consider staying at this hotel again if I am ever in London as the pr

Lovely hotel with a lovely restaurant- Carluccios the food was absolutely amazing with atmosphere and cleanliness. The food was tasty-We had risotto and pizza which was divine.The staff are all accommodating and welcoming to help settling you.
