Dated but clean

Hotel is very dated & tired in appearance, however rooms were clean. Room exceptionally hot as weather warm but able to open windows. Air conditioning unit torn from walll & did not seem particularly safe to use. Rooms complete with amenities - iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee (however milk pots most definitely off). Great location- 5 minute walk from Wembley Stadium/Arena & parking a nice bonus. Free continental breakfast if booked online directly with the hotel. Would stay again for convenience at a decent price compared to others locally.

The hotel itself is very old and tired and needs a lot of work. The tables in the bar were sticky and there was no atmosphere. Our room was not overly clean, there were only 1 pillow per person which were thin and rock hard. The cups were also dirty and stained. We were thankful for the Aircon unit.

What you get for the price you pay is excellent. Is it the most modern? No. Is it a bit tatty in places? Yes. But it is clean and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Free parking and literally round the corner from wembley and minutes from the troubadour.

It looked nice from the front of hotel, but sides and back were a different story, at reception we were the only ones there and was waiting 10mins for chit chat to finish, then got told we never had breakfast as did book through them while we thought we did have that's why we choose this hotel, carpets a lot corridor where tape with black tape, in room, it was lovely and big, a bit out dated but that's fine, But for nearly 150 pounds it was terrible . but was rusty over mirror light. Box tissue with no tissues in, crack in bath and sink, towel rail not attached properly, thick and I mean thick dust everywhere, lampshades where celotaped together, air conditioner didn't work properly, bedding was ripped, and was the night mare trying to sleep, it was like laying on candy of coke u could feel everything, I'm disabled so was even worse for me , but my husband never moans but God he did over this hotel, Then went downstairs to sports bar and it was disgusting too, floor, the door, wood on wall at breakfast bar. When we went to check out , we never got hello good bye or how was your stay, but when we ask to put are bags away while went to shopping outlets they did let us , so over all it was a terrible stay and disappointed we paid 150 nearly with not breakfast, where there more better hotels around cheaper with breakfast. U wish I took pictures now, but was so shocked at the time I forgot.

The room was ok but had a portable aircon unit that was very noisy and when off the room became a sweat box, the bed was noisy and only 1 thin pillow each

Room was large, as was the bathroom, both were clean, and well presented, but the TV was small and so far from the bed you could not see it, an additional problem was the signal quality was poor and it was impossible to watch many channels.

As a basic hotel room it is ideal for Wembley. Sink didn’t drain properly, shower wall bit mucky , small tv and few finishes not perfect but as a basic hotel room for a night was fine.

I was there for Rugby League finals at Wembley. It was easy walking to the stadium and to the stations. Lots of food outlets nearby. It was a bit more expensive than I normally pay, but I had left it late to book. Reception staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel itself is a bit tired. The lift to my floor looked like a service lift. The room was big, clean, a bit tired. It was quiet. Bathroom was fine. Shower a bit weak. Towels were ok. Toiletries included. Kettle tea and coffee was there. Iron and board in the room. Space for a fridge but no fridge. Bed was big and clean but not very comfortable.WiFi strong signal but rarely connected to the internet. So, all in all. Good location. Friendly staff. A bit tired.
