Second time I’ve stayed there.First time was a few weeks ago and even though the place was clearly very old I was satisfied with the room.This time it was very poor.The electrical sockets were loose,the bathroom tap was loose and the air conditioner looked like it was from a 1950’s sci fi movie.I asked for a quiet room and at first it was ok.From 11 at night the noise from doors slamming and unexplained loud thuds was nearly hourly.I was woken several times.Very disappointed

Great location and ok for the night I guess but the hotel seems to be a 70's hotel because of the appearance, decor and general feel. In definite need of modernisation, the lift felt like it was struggling to make it up and the carpet had iron holes all over it. The proximity to the Ovo arena was the only redeeming factor.

There wasn't enough parking so i had to block cars in, when checking in i told them my name and car reg and they got both wrong. The hotel was go noisy we could hear everything from people walking around to doors banging. There was no chance of having a layin as there was very loud banging from 8am onwards

Air con was a nice touch. The marks in the bath were a turn off. And mould on the ceiling in bathroom needs dealing with. Lamps were dusty like they hadn’t been wiped for weeks. ‘Shades’ were crusty dirty wrapped paper. TV way too small! Basic channels. No Netflix A small fridge would be helpful for customers too.

This is a fab place to stay if going to Wembley arena or stadium. They are both sooo close. Free parking was great. Yes the hotel needs tlc but for a short stay it’s fine and excellent value. Would def use again.

Fast check-in, great location near Wembley, comfy bed, spacious room. But overall all parts of hotel very tired and in need of a complete overhaul. Generally not worth £200 per night, more like £80.

The air-conditioner is noisy. There was no small spoon for the coffee/tea No bottled water The kettle was dirty -I have clean it. The room smells cannabis?cigarette. No fridge Room very basic for the price-not worth it-I am really sorry to give this review.

Hotel was very tired. Huge rip in the net curtain in the bedroom. A put you up bed, very dirty was put the the wardrobe, thus preventing me from hanging up the clothes. Towel rail hanging of the bathroom wall. Furniture in the bar area wery poor. Overal, a good location.

Good Location -Grim Hotel

The lad on reception was friendly, the bar staff were rude, the rooms are in a bad state, the bathroom was grim.
