We loved the Moxy! Very convenient to bus and airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable. I loved the lobby and decor. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend as a base to visit London.

Well when we were checking in it felt like we were checking into a prison and not a hotel. The check in guy was so rude and abrupt telling us what they don’t offer….like room clean, room service, no water in the room, no slippers, no robe and no bell boys for taking the luggage to the room basically felt like a Covid hotel. The hotel is not in a good way re clean. The bed and pillows very uncomfortable overall I would not give it 2* even. Do not stay here exhorbitant price of nearly £300 for a 2 night stay with no service whatsoever

Decently clean and staff was pleasant. There, however, was a fly or something in the welcoming cocktail drink (no ice) and it just looked like a unsanitary stale drink from some dingy, east-end bar. Either serve it right or just get me some clean iced water! I was grossed out. The hotel itself was clean pleasant and low-key. there is a lot of pink just so you know

I only stayed here to sleep for 5 hours between my flights. The property is very hip. They only had one staff member checking in people at around midnight. So that took a bit of time to check in.

Really brilliant concept in a hotel. Felt very fun and welcoming, like visiting a lodge. Only complaint is that the a/c was turned off for winter, but opening the window to cool was too loud from airplanes
