We loved the Moxy! Very convenient to bus and airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable. I loved the lobby and decor. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend as a base to visit London.

Perfect Pad for Trips from Heathrow
This is now always my first choice hotel for my trips from Heathrow. Staff are always very welcoming and helpful - other hotel chain staff should perhaps visit and learn a thing or two about customer service. A credit to themselves and Moxy.

Fun, pet-friendly hotel. If you're a plane nut, ask for a room with a view of a Heathrow runway. Great breakfast included, comfortable bed. huge TV. Perfect spot to rest up before or after a transatlantic flight!

The hotel itself was great, and in a prime location to Heathrow. My only reservation was some of the staff. While some were amazing and really made my stay, others seemed disengaged, and on the morning I needed to catch my flight, breakfast was almost 30 minutes late (making me later than I really wanted). Overall good for the price though, and I'd like to think this was a one-off and not business as usual.

I enjoyed my stay in this modern and innovative hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was welcoming. The food was tasty and the dining option alternative and fun. The Hoppa bus to Heathrow stops right outside the hotel so it's so convenient.
