Room was cold and heating temperature could not be altered. Room looked into bus station and rail station and the noise from the trains was horrendous between 5am and midnight. Ear plugs were provided but did not help.

Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good and all staff were pleasant. TV guide didn't work and couldn't get decaf latte but minor issues for a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Okay, but needs some work to bring it to standard
Did what it said on the tin, however arriving back to our room in the evening we noticed that our TV would flick off after 30 seconds of trying to put anything on. The bathroom also smelt like a urinal, shower rather scaly. In fairness we didn’t let staff know for a chance to rectify it, but it was late at night and at that point we just wanted a bed.

Temperature set on 17 degrees in the winter…
Terrible management. Staying in December, temperature in the room was fixed on 17C when asked at reception was told that the whole hotel is set on “cooling” YES cooling! In December. Was offered 2 tiny heaters instead…. Doors were getting stuck and could close them, was told it’s due to double lock… so security that actually doesn’t work… TV was turning itself off… shower in bad condition, looked like it was never properly cleaned, grime on the door… Great quality breakfast thou! However do not recommend. First and last stay at Moxy…. Shame…

The room was cold but they soon provided a fan heater upon request. No benefit given for being a Hotels.Com Gold member. Noise very audible from room above. Unpleasant smell in the room.

Convenient and comfortable
A very good place to stay. Very convenient for ABBA Voyage which was why we were in London. The bed was comfortable and I loved the way the light under the bed was motion sensitive - very convenient for midnight bathroom visits. Tea and coffee was available in the bar free of charge and the food we ate was good and quickly prepared.
