Location is good for shopping and London center. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend. Lights weren’t working in the room, I came around 240p for check in and they told me to sit for 20 mins and they’d let me know what the room was ready but no one let me know so got back in line after 25 mins, lobby was chaotic and people were constantly complaining and frustrated which made for a bad feeling overall, one elevator broke so difficult to get up end down quickly, wifi was weak, quite outdated interior and smell in the room.

The location was superb. Trade off for a very outdated room that has not been maintained. (Broken drawers, moldy shower, mirror coming off its hinges, no space to iron clothes, etc). Bed was not comfortable at all. The staff was excellent. Would not stay here again unfortunately, as the location was just perfect.

Hotel in need of major repairs, and redecorating and furniture and bathroom update. Also shame the staff are writing their own reviews and divining themselves 5 stars, using the bribe of early checkin for guests. This needs to be looked into

Avoid like the plague
Awful experience, should have known when we checked in and another couple decided to leave a night early. Extractor fan was on constantly so the first night was a tough nights sleep, we got a lovely awakening at 8:30am on the dot by roadworks starting outside the door. Second night extractor fan was still going strong so at 3:30am went to reception to complain. You would think they’d help a customer first but you would be surprised, as was I when a food delivery arrived and they decided to stop dealing with me to see what he wanted! They then came to the room and “fixed” the issue (they didn’t they pressed all the buttons and said done). At £300 a night and a whole 8hours in two night - when we checked out we got “we’ll inform the manager” no sorry, utterly disgusted with the stay… will never return

Changed rooms three times till they put us in a decent club room. The standard room was too small u could not move. Paid and Upgraded to the next level however the room provided was in the renovation wing and was tired and old, the sink was cracked and the corridor carpets were soiled. Third room was decent and clean. The hotel location is good but in general needs a facelift.

Location is 10/10. Knightsbridge, Sloane Street, Kings Road, Hyde Park all a short walk. We received a complimentary room upgrade but the condition of the room was poor. Very worn & tired room. Needed maintenance in various areas. Bed comfy, shower good, bath products good.

Employees are helpful but appear understaffed. Generally the hotel is in need of a refresh. The location is excellent as it is close to Harrods ( 1 block), same distance to the tube and easily available transportation. Incredible selection of highend shops at your fingertips! Numerous choices for food within 2 blocks or less.
