Great hotel in the city
This hotel is centrally located to many of the major tourist attractions and theatres. The rooms are well-appointed and have very nice storage to make excellent use of the space. A very enjoyable stay!

The location was great, but the price was expensive for what you get. It's basically a coffee shop with some hotel rooms. Toilet ran, luke warm shower, broken fridge, no amenities. Not all big deals on their own, but it's a premium price for an average experience. Plus no benefits or upgrade for Platinum level guests other than a one time discount on coffee.

Beautiful, modern property in the heart of the theatre district! Very friendly staff, and a great little 24 hr coffeeshop in the lobby....walk to everything, and literally across the street from the National Portrait Gallery, which has free admission! Very lovely day and night!

I would highly recommend this hotel. We flew in to the UK from the states and arrived at 6:30a.m. with jet lag. Our room was ready for us even though check-in wasn't until 3pm. They saved the first day of our vacation!
