Great location, friendly staff, clean, a little dated and the pillows are very uncomfortable but the beds were lovely and big. Good selection at breakfast but the hash browns where hard in the middle.

staff were very helpful and courteous and welcoming. but the hotel has awesome location its in need of redecorating its tired looking . linen and bathroom clean .
Quiet street, older hotel, excellent staff. A little noisy from smokers outside but Jacky moved us - no problem. Both rooms had everything you would expect. Both rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fab, the waiters were efficient and friendly. The sausages were particularly tasty. I do not know why there are so many negatives for this hotel, yes it is a little shabby chic but I would stay here again. Fab location.

staff attitude not great. Told we had been upgraded but would hate to see a standard room. Very noisy outside room. Dustbins emptied 7am Sunday morning and staff from other buildings taking smoke breaks outside our window at 4am.
Hotel was room very clean, was well equipped with toiletries, tea coffee etc . Staff at both reception and in dining room were very pleasant and helpful . Full English Breakfast which was buffet style with also a good selection of fruit, yogurt and baked goods. Very happy staying there and great location
Excellent location, nearby Green Park & Hyde Park, Oxford Street is 10 minutes walk. Marble Arch Station is also 10 minutes walk. So many restaurants within the area, However, the hotel is outdated & very old.

Great location comfortable room
Read really poor reviews on Trip Advisor but the hotel and its staff were good. Try find a better value for money hotel in that location I dare you!

Hotel was basically pretty good ... but check-in took a long time as one staff member was away from reception and the person who was on reception didn't seem to want to check anyone in. So there was a queue of about 8 people waiting while the person did admin tasks!
