Duplex room- small but fine for a night!
I stayed with my two 13 year old daughters for one night. The duplex room was perfect for us. The room was small and bigger people might feel quite cramped but it was clean, tidy and the beds were fine for us. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine- help yourself to full English items, cereals, fruits, yoghurt, cheese, mini croissants (and for some reason a bowl of custard creams!) Good location in Bayswater/Notting Hill. Loads of cafes, supermarkets etc a few mins walk. We walked from Paddington which took about 20 mins but there were tube stations and bus stops a few mins walk. We would stay here again

Great location near Kensington Gardens & tube stations. The lobby is really nice, but the room is really average. The shower was the smallest we’ve seen in Europe and had a lot of mildew. It was impossible to shower without touching the unclean walls, which was a bummer. Otherwise, good place.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very warm with no a/c, the room was very small, the hairdryer would only work for a couple of minutes before overheating. From 6.30 there was a lot of noise outside the room due to being close to the breakfast area and lift/ stairwell.

This hotel was very good. The check in staff very friendly. Was happy to have a elevator! The room was small but not ridiculous. Excellent shower too. Walkable to two or three tube stations.

Smart Hotel in a Great Location
Two night stay in the lovely area of Bayswater, as part of a short city break. Pembridge Palace is a very smart large building, and once inside the appearance is very smart, and we were greeted warmly by the reception staff and quickly checked in. The room was quite compact but with a lovely bathroom (with plenty of individual toiletry items) and adequate wardrobe storage for a short stay, the bed was very comfortable. The amenities included a kettle, fridge, tea & coffee and daily bottled water. The hotel is easily walkable from the nearby tube station and near to lots of food and drink venues. It's an ideal choice for someone looking to stay in the Bayswater area.

This hotel is a true gem. The common areas, both inside and out, are beautifully designed. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The beds were cozy and the towels were thick. Best of all - the staff were truly outstanding! They were attentive, polite and helpful with city information. We found the neighborhood safe and within easy walking distance to delicious pubs and restaurants. This was an excellent base for our trip to London. We heartily recommend the Pembridge Palace Hotel.
