A handy location for travellers needing a place to stay close to St Pancras/Kings Cross Stations. The room was clean and a good price for a short stop over. The team on check in and check out were friendly and efficient.

Hidden penalty costs.
Hidden cost of £140 if you can’t make your original booking and want to move it. Manager refused to wave the cost despite being too sick to travel. Costs double for what it normally costs for one night! It has put me off from booking this hotel again

Very convenient
Good for what we needed, rooms are compact but that’s to be expected in London. Perfect location for King’s Cross/St Pancras. All very clean, nice shower gel. Bathrooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but overall not bad. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Check in was fine but a bit of a pain if you have more than one room with the same surname as we did.

Don’t book the rooms with no windows unless you want to feel like you’re in a prison cell with no kettle, tea or coffee facilities for 160 quid a night. Never again.

All you could want or need for a great stay
Staff at check in were efficient and welcoming. All went v smoothly Hotel clean and comfortable with all one needs for a short stay in London. Amazing location so close to Kings Cross/St Pancras Stations. Lots of interesting places to visit within easy walking distance- Charles Dickens House, Foundling Museum, British Museum and so much more. Great transport links by bus and underground to major tourist areas such as Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Travalgar Square and many more and also to major rail destinations throughout the country and beyond to Europe via Eurostar. Such great value for money for such a great location and clean, modern fresh furnishings. I will definitely stay again when stopping in London. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or more helpful. 24hr reception and super fast internet. Everything one would want at a great price

Breakfast was great. You can easily walk to St Pancras station. There are a lot of reasonably priced pubs and eating choices; supermarkets too!

Location was quite convenient and it's just a short walk to King's Cross St. Pancras Station. But the twin room was quite small and the mood lighting wouldn't turn off... Otherwise, it was an okay stay!

Good value and staff friendly
Staff lovely and friendly - the guy who checked us in was great (I meant to get his name but missed it). Room decent size. Double bed on the smaller side. Annoying that they charge £3 to leave luggage, but it made up for it to get a complimentary coffee when we arrived earlier than check in time! Breakfast standard basic continental but good quality. Staff here make it, and the lobby area has a chilled and a nice feel to it if you want to sit and relax for a bit. Second time we’ve stayed at this hotel as good value and handy for Kings Cross.
