Beautiful hotel who provided us with a warm welcome and lovely birthday gesture in our room for my husband’s birthday. Perfect location in a stunning upscale part of Lisbon. The only disappointment was our dining experience in Seen by Olivier which I had booked specially for our celebration and they gave us a terrible table by the bar away from all the atmosphere and DJ and we had to be asked to be moved. I told them in the booking it was a celebration and whilst I appreciate they don’t need to acknowledge this, they still gave us a poor table. However they did move us to a better table and the food was wonderful and the staff great also.

We stayed here for 1 night before we got the early eurostar. It was really close, only 5mins walk. Hotel was nice and clean. Small rooms but idea for 1 or 2 nights.

Little gem near St. Pancras
Great location near St. Pancras station. Many of the hotels are shabby nearby but Point A is a nice surprise. Very convenient check in and check out.

Nice hotel, great venue
The stay at the hotel was good. It started with us dropping our bags off in the morning (£3 per bag) and we only returned at 9pm. It was very easy to check in and the room was basic but lovely. The only negative things we have about the room is the very bright green light on the ceiling near the door (it seemed unnecessarily bright) and no table or ledge to place items on one side of the bed. Irritating at a time when everyone needs to charge their devices at night. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in us finding our room. The breakfast the following morning was very tasty.

Small basement room with no windows. Smell of drains in the small bathroom. Bed was comfortable and good bedding. Staff were friendly and obviously had had lots of questions about the “cells” in the basement. Should be made clearer in the booking that there “cheap” rooms are windowless in the basement.

In-Town, Nice but No Frills
Clean, new but quite austere (plain, like no art on walls, etc). The location is wonderful though, being 4-5 blocks to Kings Cross and international St Pancras trains.
