Location is great, staff are nice and check in and out process is very handy. Room itself however is quite small, which I understand as it’s in central London. However what I’m most disappointed is the hygiene of the toilet. There’s some small insects crawling out from the sink which is disgusting. And the door of the shower is quite stuck I needed to pull hard to close it, and even after closing it water still leaked out from the shower.

For the price this was a good place to stay. The room was very small with no place to put your luggage. The tv did not work properly at all and was barely useable. The location was decent and wifi was good.

Great stay
Lovely hotel in a great location, easy walking distance to the Tube, shops and bars/restaurants. Friendly, helpful reception staff. We booked a windowless room and it was clean, comfortable and had plenty hangers and charging points. The room needs a wee bit of TLC as one for the hanger pegs was hanging off the wall, the bracket for storing the chair wasn’t there, and one of the USB ports didn’t work. These are minor issues and didn’t affect our stay. We would stay here again.

They make you pay to get into your room before check in even if the room is ready. They also charge per bag to store it for the day. Penny pinching at its worst - other hotel options in the area I would recommend over this one

Rooms are too small, but very clean and cozy . Not much eating options around hotel and breakfast is limited . Staff however are extremely helpful, would still recommend .

We had a lovely weekend staying here, very small but comfy hotel rooms, we spent most of our time out of the hotel so it was mostly used for mornings and going to bed or a quick washup We had plenty of space under the bed to hold ou luggage as we were only here for 2 nights. The staff were so helpful and wonderul during our stay espeically April. She helped us with early check in, our Safe in the hotel and just overall so nice to myself and my friend!! Anyone that comes to this hotel should defo speak to April she was the best and made our stay so comforable

The staff was very helpful, I had ice every night, I got my extra pillows, I got my room cleaned got my fresh towels, they refill my shampoo, the restaurant in the are were very good, specially the one across, the fox on the corner, the wind maker.
