All in all a solid 2/10. I stayed one night as I was heading to Heathrow the next day. Check in - long queues. There were staff behind the desks. They were just too busy to deal with the guests. Long wait. Staff attitude was best described as pretentious. Get to the room. It looks very 80s. Very outdated. The bed was nice enough I guess. A lovely view of a car park. Bathroom. Hmmm. There is some brown stuff on the bathtub. Brown stuff. And, well, how do I describe this... It looks like the previous guest was male and may have slightly 'missed' the toilet while urinating. Rather than cleaning the mess up, it looked like it had just dried up. Yummy. Then the following morning was the cherry on top. After checking out, I wanted some food. I was denied entry to the restaurant because I had my cabin bag with me. IT IS AN AIRPORT HOTEL. They have this mindset like it's the finest hotel in the world and yet it's shabby, outdated and they don't even bother cleaning urine off the floor... Executive summary - find somewhere better.

Stayed at Radison blue heathrow, absolutely stunk damp wet room couldnt sleep ,reported this was told no manger ,then tryed repeatedly to phone from room no answer went to reception, said no more rooms ,never sleep was appalling

Hotel is certainly on the better end for an airport hotel, gym was great, dinner options varied and breakfast was really nice. My main complaint is simply that on check in (after many hours of delay due to storms), the allocated room was no where near what I had booked and paid for in advance. It was sorted out quickly following me walking half way around the hotel with all my bags and back to reception. But, I definitely got the impression that this wasn't a mistake, and more of a tactic to fill cheaper rooms hoping that (as a Brit) a complaint wouldn't be made....

We booked two rooms and selected a king sized double in both rooms . We were given two rooms with single beds. Reception said sorry the request for two king size was not passed to them and they didn’t have any other rooms. It took speaking to three different people to obtain two rooms with king sized beds so there was free rooms available. We were given £40 drinks voucher but it was a big hassle at the start of our holiday

Good service
Receptionist tried and managed to get myself and my friend twin beds instead of a double. Very friendly and helpful. Bar is expensive, over £8 for a pint of Madri lager! Lovely clean room, very comfortable and quiet.
