The hotel was beautifully kept. I did have an issue with transportation. I had tried many times to call the hotel to see if the shuttle could pick us up at the airport. No one picked up the phone so we had to take an Uber. Then we took the bus shuttle the next day and it took over 30 minutes to get to the airport which is only 10 minutes away.

Small room but very convenient
Room was very small with a small double bed. Ideal for solo traveller but not a couple. Limited space for luggage. Convenient for one night for flights from Heathrow due to close proximity to airport. Ample parking - £16 for overnight

Slow response to quell noisy guests. I was given a room next to wedding guests. I called after 2am, no response until after 4am. No compensation for lost sleep. Terrible food in the restaurant.

The property is close to airport. Rooms are big and beds are comfy. The room could do with a little refresh ,tho . Bathroom was standard euro size, but had everything. David from the Rock🇨🇦🇨🇦
