Enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues. Pillows were too soft (personal preference). There was no hot water for a shower at night. Booked a a room with a king size bed and was put in a standard double room.

The restaurant charged me £9 for a large glass off coke They said it was 2 bottles ( the bottles were small ones too I think 200ml ) each priced £4.50 A pint of premium lager ( peroni ) is £7 just think as I was working and couldn’t drink it was a rip off

Our stay here was amazing !! All the staff was very helpful especially one guy that checked us in but I can’t remember his name !! He gave us options on how we can get to places outside the hotel and recommendations too . Everything was very clean and comfortable & I would 100% come back. Thank you !

Functional Hotel
I pre paid the hotel so on check in to be told I hadnt wasnt the best start.Thankfully on speaking to another receptionist an hour later this misunderstanding was clarified.The hotel itself is best described as functional.The rooms are large,the bed very comfy but it is just lacking a homely feel for me in respect of decor and personality.
