Booked this for my wife’s birthday. MOST of the staff were amazing especially night manager Stephan however there were two staff members who had extreme attitude issues and honestly shocking for me as I expected better for a hotel with this level of reputation. Those two staff members were rude, obnoxious and almost purposeful unhelpful. Having said that the rest of the experience was beautiful. Our booking was on 26/10.

No reference of my booking left me waiting in reception for 30 minutes which made me late for an evening work event. The room then had a dripping leak in the ceiling that kept me awake all night. Staff were very friendly and apologetic

Amazing stay for our visit to London for a concert at the O2. When booking in, the chap on reception (Monday afternoon)was super helpful, answered any questions and took time to also give us recommendations for places to visit while we were in London. Excellent customer service. Lovely room and fantastic breakfast.

We stayed here for the Eras Tour concert in August at Wembley Stadium, which was about an hour direct on the Jubilee line from Canary Wharf station. It’s around 20 mins walk from the hotel, or 5-10 mins via Uber (depending on traffic). The closest underground station is Blackwall station, which was still around 10 mins walk. Amenities were great and the room was cleaned everyday. Staff were really friendly and even gave me a complimentary upgrade on my room as it was my birthday!

Standards beliw par for a Radison Blu hotel
I stayed with my friend at this hotel since we were going to see a cincert at the O2 arena so it was near by. The room was great, spacious and clean. The hotel itself is lovely and what i would expect from a Radison as i have stayed at other Radison Blu hotels and thats why i chose the brand again. What disappointed us was the level of service at the bar and restaurant. We ordered a cocktail of the menu. The two young girls at the bar then disappeared for about 10 mins leaving us standing at bar. When they came back they told us to sit down and would bring drinks to us. We waited over 20 mins for our drinks. Thete was no bar man who was coming later im afternoon so the manager csme yo make cocktails. We were watching him and he didnt know how to make them and several times tasted them thenyhrew them away and started again while we waited. He was looking at us while he was doing this but no one came to apologise to us for the wait. Finally msnager sent over the drinks and then disappered hinself - didnt come over to apologise - the girl that came over with drinks didnt say a word - just out the drinks down. We were expecting an apology fir a wait of over 20 mins but norhing. She had no people skills, didnt speak good english and seemed like a novice. Totally unacceptable. They didnt know what they were doing and staff seemed like they had no interest in looking after their customers. We did think about going to restaurant for lunch - but we saw a couple go in then walk out a

Good hotel but missing service
The hotel itself was wonderful. I was however rudely interrupted at 10pm at night while talking to colleagues outside of the reception. Alongside this I made several enquires to the spa about a massage which I never heard back from. For both these points I wouldn’t visit again.
