Electronic check did not work. Paying for car parking did not work. If it wasn’t for the on hand staff I’d still be trying to check in. Same on check out. It’s all very well reducing staff for self service check in kiosks But on this occasion failed miserably. Big hotel. Difficult to find a parking space.

Super convenient for a long layover. Great room and the restaurant is open late. Treat yourself and get the breakfast, it's truly amazing, you wont regret it.

The bathroom ceiling in our room leaked in the middle of the night, water pouring in flooding the bathroom floor. I called the front desk to be moved, was told someone would be up, called 20 minutes later, and was told the same and hung up on. I went down to the front desk when no one showed again and finally and was moved. The hotel said they would issue a credit for the inconvenience and would reach out to Expedia in order to do so since I had prepaid. They never did. I reached out to Expedia and after speaking with the hotel the hotel refused to issue a refund citing their no refund policy. The paint in the rooms is peeling off everywhere and honestly I would be concerned about mold if the staff can not bat an eye at a leak coming in through the third floor ceiling with a fourth floor above. Would not recommend.
