Je reserve ma chambre 2 hrs avant mon arrivée donc je prends l’option non-remboursable pour reduire les couts du voyage On m’envoie un message que ma reservation est confirmé… parfait A mon arrivée on m’indique un numero de chambre et on me demande avec ma carte de credit pour un «  dépôt de sécurité «  soit 200$ .. j’accepte comme toujours MAIS ma carte de crédit ne fonctionne plus pas moyen de confirmer mon dépôt Je telephone chez Visa mais nous sommes le «  LaborDay «  et il est 19 hrs du soir donc les bureaux son fermé J’offre un depot en cash ou sur ma carte de debit Mais rien a faire , l’employé refuse en disait qu’il applique le reglement et a partir de ce moment tout devient grotesque et d’une imbécilité rare Et aucun remboursement offert soit la somme de 93$ Le lendemain matin Visa s’excuse du contretemps et j’appel «  Hotels. com » qui entre en contact avec le ramada inn et rien a faire aucune remboursement possible …. Chère Ramada-inn de London Ontario votre service a la clientèle est des plus malhonnête ,Votre facon de satisfaire un Client est des plus douteuses Je me suis présenté de Bonne Foi … Mais on peut pas dire la même chose de votre institution … votre réputation pour 93$ est lamentable comme attitude 👎

Unfortunatly our room smelled like a cheap perfume that only someone would wear to cover a worse smell. When I asked for a room change, they could not acomodate because I booked 3rd party. Our neighbours were very loud with the door at least half a dozen times. The ceilings were so low in the halls it really did not leave a good fealing with me. Everything about the place was outdated. I found it a bit overpriced for what it was. I would try anywhere else before returning to that place.

The room I was in was not cleaned properly as there was several stains/lingering residue in front of some of the furniture. I assume it was either due to laziness or poor lighting based on its location. Rooms felt safe enough but for some reason there was a large gathering of people on the south side of the building around the entrances at all hours of the day during my stay. Its also been 10 days since and i've yet to receive my deposit back. Considering this I have decided to not return for my hotel needs for the 16 more days of stay I require in the area
