Convenient to LHR. In decent neighborhood. Hoppa buses drop off and pick up guests right at entrance. Bus and tube will take you into the city center. It does take about 1 hour though. Room was very nice, although mine had no view at all. It looked out onto another wall of the hotel. Didn't book a room with breakfast, so cannot comment on the food. Overall enjoyable. Would stay here again.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the check-in process took over 20 minutes due to an alleged computer glitch. After an exhausting 8-hour drive, such delays can be particularly frustrating. I chose the Renaissance Hotel because of its reputation for high-quality hospitality, but this experience did not reflect that standard. The room had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of cigarette smoke, and the shower was not properly cleaned. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Getting to hotel from Airport is pretty easy with a Hoppa which come every half hour. On arrival, check-in was a breeze (no lengthy queue) and we were immediately seen to by Kayla who was amazing, friendly and accommodating. She checked us in quickly, gave us plenty of advice on food and the local area and the check-out procedure. She is a star - thank you Kayla for your patience and intuition and understanding. The room was a short walk - on ground floor. I was apprehensive on noise but it is the quietest room I've ever stayed in and we both got a great nights sleep prior to our long-haul so it was much appreciated. It was cosy, quiet, and very comfortable. Loved the bathroom toiletries etc. Thanks for the room with a view, was fab. No rush out the door the next day for which we are extremely grateful - no knocking on the door as soon as check out arrives. Easy storage of luggage and no problem. We went for a walk to kill time and found a cute local pub. We had dinner and drinks in the hotel bar and restaurant the night before and service was execeptional, the cocktails were strong and expertly mixed and the food was hot and tasty. I had zero expectations of an 'airport hotel' but it by far exceeded what I wanted and I loved the atmosphere, staff, buzz of the place. Will definitely be booking again.

We only stayed 1 night but from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it was really great. Check in and out were so easy and quick, our room was much larger than anticipated and overlooked the airport runway. It had everything you needed (kettle, fridge, water, tea, coffee, etc). Very comfortable beds and pillows with a large chair & stool as well as a desk with chair and a very good sized bathroom with really nice smelling toiletries. Very clean and tidy. We included breakfast with our booking. The dining area was beautiful and the array of foods available was fantastic. Something to appeal to everyone. However, the best thing about this hotel were the staff who were exceptional. They were so friendly but not overly so and they could not do enough for you. A true asset to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Shame there’s no shuttle bus linked with the hotel as the the hopper bus from the airport cost £6.80 each, each way. We caught the local bus back to the airport.

Brilliant stay
Everything and everyone has been amazing. The gentleman behind reception was very smart, police and courteous. Having disability conditions he was more than helpful and assisted immensely. The restaurant staff were, also, just fabulous. Food portions were immense. Room was clean, well stocked in main room and bathroom and was spotless We will definitely be returning to this fantastic hotel. Thank you so very much for your service.

This is a lovely hotel. There are dining options in the hotel, shuttles to the airport to then transfer to underground. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff are helpful and friendly.

We always stay here when flying from Heathrow. Guaranteed a good nights sleep, comfy beds and very quiet. Lovely area downstairs to have a drink and a McDonalds opposite the hotel!
