Staff were excellent and very helpful, Jester was particularly charming on checkout. The dinner at the Market Garden was excellent breakfast on the other hand was somewhat disappointing with a poor range of fresh fruit and dreadful coffee.

Very convenient to Heathrow. Definitely looks better on the inside than it does on the outside. Enjoyed my meal at Three Magpies Pub just a short walk from the hotel.

Staff were amazing from check in to room service. Best fish n chips ive ever had. Lovely bed linens but mattress shows wear as do bathroom walls. NOT sound proof as advertised, outside and inside noise were frequent, unfortunately. Room size was comfortable and everything was very clean.

Lovely room and staff so professional and friendly. Love the exective lounge and food/drink on offer. Shame the coffee machine was not working so had to buy a lattee hence why i have given 4 starts not 5
