I lived in Richmond for 30 years and was visiting friends - the hotel location is excellent, staff were amazing and food was incredible! So lovely to be next to Richmond Park and Richmond Terrace...lots of memories! Highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing experience at The Richmond Hill Hotel! First time in Europe and couldnt be happier we chose Richmond and to stay at this hotel. Great accommodations, helpful/friendly staff, great bar/restaurant, very safe area and very clean. Will definitely be back! Also shoutout to Tea Nicole!

This is our third trip to Richmond Hill Hotel. The location is perfect to visit friends and family in the area. We planned a trip into London to see a play and did some shopping in Richmond. All very convenient. We love the bar and lounge for drinks and snacks in place of dinner.

The hotel had excellent service and great location near the Thames and you can walk in to Richmond town center along the Thames. Hotel had lots of parking and is a grand hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. During two-stays in two different rooms, I had to get staff assistance to operate the heating/cooling systems. It would be useful to have an instruction card in each room.

Lovely property in a beautiful location. Room was excellent - very comfortable, beautiful furniture, extremely comfortable bed, quite a large room, beautiful bathroom. There are quite a few stairs to the rooms so a bit awkward to drag suitcases to and from the lobby. Other than that, a perfect stay. We did not dine at the hotel but did enjoy a nightcap in the bar one evening. The bar is gorgeous and the service was excellent. All in all, a perfect stay.

We landed at 6:30 and arrived at 8 am just hoping to store our bags and head out. Were pleasantly surprised that our room was available! The staff helped us with cars and advice. They were terrific. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Was a bit of a walk into Richmond proper but enjoyed it. And it's super close to Richmond Park. We loved our stay. Wish we had a reason to be in the UK again soon so we could stay here again.
