Home Away From Home
I stayed for some days on a business trip. The hotel is in a very good location a few minutes walk to 3 different tube stations. The hotel is clean and my room was neat and cosy. The hotel staff were amazing. Nas, Elise and everyone (can't remember the names) assisted with all the questions and they made my stay very comfortable. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next trip, whether for business or holiday.

Great room but strict policies
The room was fantastic! It had everything we needed and the location was great! Unfortunately I got food poisoning during our short stay and they wouldn't allow a late check out unless we paid 25 pounds per hour. We sat in the lobby waiting for a friend to meet us and I had to keep going to the bathroom to vomit. It would have been nice to be resting in a bed a little longer.

The studio was a very good size, very clean and had everything needed. The only thing missing was an ironing board and an iron, but we easily got them after asking at reception. Overall had a great stay!

Expensive for what we got
Great location near tower bridge, nice modern hotel. But the breaker would trip every time we tried to use the kettle (making it useless), the AC did not work well and the room was quite hot. It wasn’t a bad stay but not worth the price we paid, therefore the value was not good.

The room feels like a basement it doesn’t have big windows like the one from the pictures just windows but in a high place also room was not located on the main building so we have to check in and carry our 4 suitcases on the street to the building were the room was. It has security of the building at the entrance but that entrance room smells really bad body smell. Not instructions were given about how to use the AC so we had to figured it out Other than that it was okay
