Get what you pay for…… I won’t be back!
A cold unwelcoming room. The room temp was 14 C when I entered and it took several hours to get warm-ish. The bed was very lumpy, pillows were thin and soggy. The blinds don’t keep all the street light out and the very thin double glazed windows do not keep the street noise out; it was noisy all night. I was on 2nd floor. It’s London and if you want something decent, you have to pay for it; this was inexpensive and you get what u pay for! I be back!

In general property was in good condition and its location was important for me. The bed was in poor condition, way too soft and I think its springs were in bad shape. It should be replaced

Really nice studio apartment with room to sit on the sofa, make breakfast and even a sandwich for lunch. 5 minute walk to the tube, bus stop right outside.

Great location for the museums which are within walking distance as are a good selection of places to eat out but no air conditioning, which when it's 32 degrees outside makes it a little uncomfortable.

Location is convenient to Underground stations and a range of restaurants. Comfortable rather than ‘flash’. Bathroom good. Warning .. take food with you. Will organise taxi pickup for you, but bd prepared to agree the cab charge before you entering the cab. Taxi to LHR could cost up to 100 GBP.

The guest though the location was good but the condition of the hotel needs work. The rooms should have black out blinds as standard and the tap didn't work properly. Overall the guest would not reccomend.

Nice location
Three nights here, staff were very dismissive when we arrived and I felt quite rude. The rooms are ok but there idle no daily service or clean, had to empty our bins outside. There is a laundry for guests to use but most of the machines weren’t working so we were doing our laundry throughout the night.
