Hotel lobby is a little dated but our room was very clean and comfortable. The area itself is definitely a little rough, especially at night and the parking garage smelled pretty bad. However, it was very well lit and we never had any issues. I’d recommend this hotel for a night or two, just be mindful of your surroundings.

The lobby and the room was fine. The below level parking, which by the way was a $16 extra charge, smelled so bad of urine and human waste that I could hardly stand to breathe getting to the lobby.

The bedroom had very comfy beds and pillows and it was very clean..Only thing I didn't like there was like 8 lady bugs on the ceiling, I know there hard harmless.

The hotel was in an area that was close to everything that I needed. I wanted to stay an extra night there but the hotel was booked out. I would choose this hotel again if I am in this area again

It’s no fault of The Sandman but the the neighbourhood (and downtown London generally) has a large street population. Some guests may not feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood to/from the hotel.

My room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel was noisey on a Monday night. The area around it is unfortunately rough and I didn't feel safe coming and going alone.
