Property was conveniently located a few minutes from Heathrow Airport. Staff was accommodating as I arrived early before checked in time and I was allowed to have access to my room with no extra charge. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Good stop over before a flight
My room was spacious and appeared clean although a little tired. Lamp shaded broken, carpet in bad repair. The bathroom appeared clean but the shower was dirty around the edges. Its all about attention to detail! I ate in the discovery lounge, I had pizza. It came quickly and was delicious. Service in ghe discovery lounge was great.

Arriving at the correct Sheraton?
Required hotel to catch morning flight at Heathrow – fitted the bill. Confusion caused by TWO Sheraton hotels on the same road was unhelpful – cab driver didn't even know, required a further cab at £25 to get to the correct one. Suggest creating clearer delineation between the two with secondary names or branding.

The stay was unexpected due to a cancelled flight at LHR. The room appeared very clean and nice. Sadly I got bedbug bites on my legs and feet from here. The breakfast was good and I included it in my stay. I would for sure recommend to purchase the add on.
