Catering was definitely worse than previous visit both in terms of variety and quality. I found the hotel noisy and so sleep was poor. Seems more like a good 3* or a poor 4* Convenient location though.

Very close to terminal 5. Comfortable room. Restaurant, bar and check in closes at midnight. Our flight was delayed and we barely made the check in. Transport to airport by Hoppa not frequent and when we asked the hotel to book a taxi, we got a car hire instead which was more expensive than a taxi.

Difficult to get to. Hotel staff does not know about shuttle services. Taking public bus easy but have to cross a very busy road without cross walk. There is a shuttle but information is difficult to find.

I booked the hotel because it said it had a hotel shuttle. Turned out the shuttle was going to take another 45 minutes to arrive (11:40) pm so I had to take a £25 taxi to the hotel. The room I booked had a bathtub which I was excited to have but there was no bathtub and they told me that was because I hadn’t asked for one ! Why would I ask for something that was in the listing? If I ever book a Sheraton again I’ll make sure to specifically request a bed
