It saddens me to say but this is not the same hotel it was 8-9 years ago. I stay frequently, always in a luxury room. The hotel is in need of updating. Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. Also, I often see fairly aggressive upselling on check in, something that never happened in the past. I continue to stay here because the location is unsurpassed. If not for that I would be looking for another place to stay.

Fabulous hotel. The bed and pillows were lovely, as were the bathrobes. Had room service for dinner & breakfast which was fantastic. Great place to stay when flying from T5 which is a short walk away. We’ll definitely stay there again.
