The location is perfect. The rooms are a little tired ie the wooden floors and the sleeper sofa than we did not use for sleeping but to sit was uncomfortable. The staff was really nice and very helpful in particular a man name Andreas who checked us in and during our stay. The included breakfast is really good if you get there before it is all gone. Some days during our stay and way before the end of the specified time for breakfast there was no more pastries or bread or orange for the juice. So that was a bit disappointing. All in all I would stay there again as it is a very convenient location for me.

Only a 12 minute walk from the South Kensington tub line. The shopping and pubs in the area are excellent. The staff are very friendly and there are many of them. The breakfast is free and delicious

It was a terrible hotel. The photos have nothing to do with what the property is. It is a scam. For the price they charge you get nothing!! Imposible to call this a 4 star as Expedia does. Not more than 2 star hotel. Horrible experience. The people working there are unhappy and not willing to help at all. Rooms were dirty, stained sheets, a/c did not work in two of the three rooms we had. No cleaning service at all!! DONT STAY HERE! I’m sorry I did ….

Dissapointing
Very Disappointing stay. This was not a cheap hotel and yet I had no wifi that worked and I was here on business also there was no water pressure. The breakfast was the only thing that was positive. I have complained directly to the hotel and they have refunded me a small part of my stay which was kind of them but when I fly to London for meetings I expect to be staying in a Hotel that works at this level of cost.

Would stay here again. The rooms were nice and the location was good. Great price. The toilet definitely was a bit difficult to flush from time to time — I’m not sure what was wrong with it — but otherwise the room was nice and just what we needed.

Such an easy walk from the tube, situated on a lovely street and a nice neighbourhood to wander around. Room was extremely clean and spacious with 2 windows looking out over the street. Soft sheets, comfy bed and air con is always a plus. Breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, toast, meats and cheese, yoghurts, fruit which was perfect in the conservatory area. Overall friendly staff and a perfect stopover treat for work.

We really liked this place. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The neighbourhood was lovely. The room was very comfortable. It was very convenient - we could get to anyplace we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pleasant enough.
Pleasant hotel. Comfy, clean room. Next door were being annoyingly loud until 01:00 and kept me awake. Not the best having had an operation that day. Not Sonder's fault but perhaps point out to guests to be courteous of others past a certain hour.
