Fantastic hotel in wonderful location
Fantastic hotel in wonderful location, very close to Covent Garden. All staff extremely friendly and as a wheelchair user, I was very well taken care of. Scrupulously clean, good sized rooms, very comfortable bed, fluffy towels. Both main bar and ‘hidden’ cocktail bar fantastic atmosphere. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely return.

I lack sufficient superlatives to adequately describe our 11 night stay at St Martins Lane Hotel. Wonderful room, great, great hot water, good TV, very clean, the wait staff at Breakfast were amazing. ...and the location cannot be beat. Block from Leicester Square, two from Covent Garden, two blocks from Charring Cross, the location is perfect for West End London. Easy access to everything, We were there to take in as many shows as possible and this is the location for it.

I resisted writing a review because I was disputing some charges on my bill added after I left. The shamelessness with which this hotel and its staff have responded to the dispute leaves me no choice but to let everyone know not to trust the hotel. Check-in was delayed by hours, and we got our room at 10 pm. Two unknown charges on my bill and post-checkout weird charges like M&Ms and Pringles, neither of which were consumed by us. Which American goes to London to eat this garbage at overpriced hotel mini-bar rates? Anyway, beware.

My room looked out onto a building site, which was noisy during the day and meant terrace was essentially unusable. Obviously not the hotel’s fault, but feel like it should have been clear at the time of booking.
