Thank you very much to Yana, Beatrix, Martin, Olga and Jack. You all made my husbands birthday one to never forget. Yana he loved the room overlooking the St. Pancras train station. The view was amazing. Only in London could we get that view. Beatrix, thank you for the warm welcome with a glass of bubbly. Martin you are truly the best bartender a guest could ask for. Olga your customer service is five star. The hotel is amazing on the inside and out. We've traveled /visited New York to Hawaii and this hotel visit rates high with our once in a lifetime adventure.

I am especially grateful to Clara on reception, who was helpful when my wife was ill on our final morning. Also, while the spaces (Booking Office, Gothic bar) are gorgeous, the music, everywhere, is awful. It’s not needed, and because of hard surfaces and high ceilings, it becomes just noise.

Magnificent building, lobby and bar / breakfast area with fantastic view across to the Eurostar platforms. Staff incredibly friendly and attentive. Rooms in the modern block are clean and comfortable but not as splendid as the old part of the building. Overall, throughly recommended.

Great Hotel
The hotel is luxurious and stylish. We booked a loft room because it was the cheapest but it was adequate and also stylish just smaller than other rooms. We took our dog he was welcome in all areas of the hotel. Beds and pillows very comfortable and despite city location the hotel was quiet for a good sleep.

We were three adults booked a room with two queen beds we were upgraded to a room for two with one bed.when we went down to reception the receptionist said it would take her a long time to find us another room.as we were going to a show and time was tight we accepted a roll in single bed.

An excellent hotel full of character
A good hotel with exceptional staff. A clean, comfortable room. Our only problem was that there was no tv controller and we could not switch off the welcome screen when we wanted to sleep. A member of staff brought round a controller at midnight so that we could at last sleep. We should have reported it as went out for the evening, not when we got back i think!
