From arrival to departure the staff went beyond to help. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. Even the laundry room was great. Machines were easy to use and you can buy washing pods from reception

This property was very nice, but you should not stay here if you are handicapped. We booked an accessible room and it was the furthest from reception. The luggage trolleys did not work well and we were exhausted when we finally reached our room. My partner has congestive heart failure so he doesn't look handicapped. Again, do NOT book if you have mobility issues.

The property was great, in a lovely area surrounded by plenty of places to eat & drink. The accommodation was a great size & had everything you need, a veritable home away from home. The staff were wonderful & very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Clerk Couldn’t find our pre-booked, pre-paid reservation. Given full handicapped room. Not what we requested, not what we wanted, but we weren’t about to argue with the desk clerk after the hassle. No free shuttle to airport - 20 pounds for a one mile ride. Would not stay again.

We loved the excellent breakfast and the service was great. Lots of choices and a tasty full English breakfast. WE liked the spacious room the full kitchen and the comfortable bed and nice big clean bathroom. the shower was excellent. We will be back and would recommend this Hotel to our friends and Family.

The stay was good, rooms spacious and clean. The included breakfast was excellent. We didnt like that the rooms were not serviced on the weekend. We stayed 2 days and would have liked dry towels, and we had to find extra toilet paper along the way.

I loved everything about this property. It was the best hotel I stayed in in my 12-day trip to England. The room was large and the furniture was well thought-out, there was a kitchen, the air conditioning worked really well, the service by staff was excellent, and there was a good restaurant with lots of selections at the hotel next door. There were also laundry facilities, which I used, and a pool, which I didn't have time to use. I will definitely stay there again if I need an overnight near Heathrow.
