Terrible experience check in disaster. Booked 4 rooms for my daughters wedding. On arrival the reception staff had no idea on the reservations. The breakfast on the Sunday morning was a complete disaster waiting almost 50 minutes for a coffee and breakfast arrived after one hour after arriving at the dining room. We had to constantly remind the waiter for milk for the coffee ,toast while other diners just left the dining room due to the chaos

Pleasant but wouldn’t return.
A pleasant stay but overall disappointed. Was expecting more of an upmarket lobby/lounge/bar area - this really missed the mark for me together with the service which was efficient but not warm and friendly. Shower hopeless - ran hot and cold and pressure varied a lot.

Very pleasant stay
Staff very pleasant & helpful. Hotel clean.Good towels and a comfy bed. Lift a bit snug can’t be helped old building. Bad points our toilet seat needed replacing, bulb blown in bathroom, dented bin . But raised this with staff before we left. Spectacular breakfast, catered for dietary needs easily. Very pleasant stay.

Charming Boutique, But...
The staff are kind and very helpful. The area is beautiful and safe, close to restaurants, transportation, etc. However, the elevator was not working the entire time. If you are on floor one, you climb three sets of stairs. The tubs in the bathrooms have steep sides making it difficult to get in and out of the shower, especially for seniors. There were no shower mats, either to steady yourself while showering. Not a place for seniors.
