Excellent and helpful staff. The location was close to Victoria Station in a pleasant area. The hotel is listed as 3.5 stars - but is a bit old and shabby.
We had a comfortable bed and room was a reasonable size. Hotel was well located for where we needed to be. Unfortunately our room was right behind reception and so we had a very disturbed night with hotel guests coming and going.
I've stayed at a couple of hotels on the same road as this hotel and this is definitely one of the more looked after options. Clean, friendly and the room had everything I needed for a 2 night stay for work (iron etc). Small room but well designed although if there are 2 people with large bags would be more of a struggle (I just had a cabin bag and rucksack).
Front desk staff were very friendly. Particularly Glen. He helps us with several things and was very knowledgeable about the area. He's a credit to the hotel.
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Victoria train and underground stations. It was also within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and other tourist sites. After busy days of sight seeing, we appreciated the wide variety of restaurants around the hotel, especially on Wilton Road, a block away. The rooms are not large but that is what you get in an older building. The people on reception were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
Such a sweet little spot to stay in London. Steps away from London Victoria Station which made getting to and from the airport super convenient.

In an area with many small hotels the Beverley Hotel stands out for its stylish decor, cleanliness, and cheerful reception staff, especially Mohamed. Although the room was small, the decor, the bed, and the bathroom were superior. There is no lift, but we were happily assisted with our bag by the staff. We look forward to staying here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Clean and comfortable
Nice little hotel in a good area. Very Nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and ok in size. Bathroom very good for the standard.
There was some noise from traffic, made it impossible to sleep with the balcony door open - but guess that is just London standard. It was very good value for the money and Will be happy to choose this hotel again.
Great location, but be prepared for small rooms and no lift (we were on the top floor). The room was very clean and the proximity to the tube made it convenient for exploring London. Perfect for a short stay if you don’t mind the stairs!

Disliked: Cleanliness
No elevator, dirty, But location is great
There is no elevator, so be careful if you are carrying a suitcase. The stairs are narrow. The hotel is dirty, the room service is terrible, and the basic amenities are so-so. Not even a single bottle of water was provided. The only plus point is the location 10/10. close to the Victoria and Victoria coach station, and the bus stop.
This is a small boutique hotel that offers very clean and quiet rooms, with daily room attendance. It does not provide any typical hotel extra services, like ice for example.
But it is close to every sites that a visitor to England expects. Very easy to reach great transportation, lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. Coach, train and tube are 8 minutes away walking. Great location.
