My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and gave clear information about everything—from breakfast hours to reception service and hotel access. The room was clean, and the entire place was well maintained. I stayed for 13 days and felt very satisfied with both the service and the location. The staff was always kind and ready to help with any questions or recommendations about places to visit. The hotel is a short walk from the Elephant & Castle underground stop, and they were able to store my luggage for me despite arriving earlier than check-in. The room was clean, and the breakfast was filling. Definitely recommend.

Cheap and cheerful hotel in a very pricy city. On the edge of the last bit of not totally gentrified london but still pretty gentrified. There's a great little pub around the corner towards Elephant and castle, there's some good caribean takeaway down past Elephant and Castle. The breakfast is plentiful, the staff are friendly. Have stayed twice now. Not fancy at all, but it's a bed in London at a reasonable price.
