very accessible to underground tube and not too far from london center if you like walking. complete essential gadgets,i. e.flat iron with stand, fridge/freezer, kettle etc...are in the room. very frriendly staff and breakfast is very nice. I personally like the shower and toilet room as it's very spacious.

Lovely family atmosphere at the hotel.Gteat Latin American restaurant around the corner.Easy to get to Waterloo station but without the crowds.Went to 02 on the Jubilee line.No problem Didn't have breakfast

It was centrally located for where we going, bed matress wasnt great, and bed did creak a bit loved the artwork in the hotel, had lots of info you could obtain, overall it wasnt a bad stay

The service was very gracious. The rooms are so small that it actually was fun trying to negotiate the space. Very convenient to everything. Walking distance to Westminster, etc. A fun, quaint, quirky place.

A simple hotel by conventional standards but the service, smiles, art and breakfast (especially the coffee by Eva) were exceptional. These guys real put the hospitality back into hospitality. We were never not greeted without smiles, a chat and offers of drinks, snacks etc.

A short walk from most attractions and the city centre, and excellent transport links. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the room is fantastic value for money. We had a Tamil room with double bed and single bed.

Overall, had a pleasant experience. The room and restroom were small, but we expected it due to reviews. On our first night we had an issue with water from AC pouring into the restroom from ceiling. We alerted staff and they immediately moved us to another room. I appreciated the quick response as it was a safety concern. We ate breakfast at the hotel and Mariam provided great service.
